Leaders on Edge™ coaching is offered in two primary formats:
Private Coaching Container (90-Day Engagement)
Structured support for leaders who want to explore leadership patterns more deeply. Includes 6 private 75-minute sessions, voice-note support between sessions, a personalized leadership audit, ROOTS & EDGE™ reflection tools, and a 90-day leadership sustainability roadmap.
Individual Coaching Sessions
Flexible, single-session support for leaders who prefer to engage as needed. Includes one 60-minute private session focused on your current leadership challenge, with practical insights and reflection tools when helpful.
Getting started begins with a short introductory conversation. You can schedule a 15-minute intro call to share a little about your leadership role, the challenges you're currently navigating, and what you're hoping to strengthen.
This conversation is an opportunity to learn more about the Leaders on Edge™ approach, ask questions, and explore whether coaching would be a helpful next step. It's informal and designed simply to start the dialogue.
