Why Leaders on Edge™ exists

I didn’t set out to build a leadership brand.

I’m a registered nurse and hospice leader who has spent years inside the realities of healthcare — the beauty, the grief, the pressure, the responsibility. I’ve led teams through growth, burnout, change, and recalibration. I’ve felt the weight of decisions that don’t fit cleanly into policies or productivity metrics.

Along the way, I realized something critical:
We teach people how to lead, but rarely how to stay grounded while doing it.

Leaders on Edge™ was created to change that — by offering honest reflection, practical frameworks, and language for the parts of leadership that often go unnamed.
